Defective/Damaged

• Once the return is approved by us. The item must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt and in original packaging and in well condition.
• If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will replace the item for you. Otherwise, we will ship back the original item to you.
• In case we cannot provide a replacement item, we will arrange a full refund.
• We are not responsible for the return shipping charges.

• Incompatitable items include some DVDs or video games which are required to be run on the player with particular region coding.
• Once the return is approved by us. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and in original packaging and in sellable condition.
• We will refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• We are not responsible for the return shipping charges.
